Deliveries are made from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THEY BRING MY ORDER?

 

All orders sent by Andreani to a specific address are governed as follows: A first delivery attempt is made. In case of not being present, a visit notice will be left and a second delivery attempt will be made.

 

In the event that no one is present at the time of the second delivery, the order will be sent to the nearest branch. The order will remain there for 7 days so that it can be picked up by the recipient. After this period or in the event that the address indicated at the time of placing the order is incorrect, it will return to our distribution center. In this instance, a new shipment must be specified that must be paid again by the client.

WHERE CAN I CHECK THE TRACKING OF MY ORDER?

 

You will receive by email the tracking code (or the routing number) of the courier that will allow you to know the exact position of the package (this information is provided by Andreani). To know the status of your order, you must go to https//seguimiento.andreani.com/
