Andreani
You can select between home delivery or withdrawal at Andreani branch.
Shipping to CABA free of charge and the rest of the country free of charge from $12,000 (twelve thousand pesos)
For withdrawal at Andreani branch, the person to whom the package is sent must present their ID. The cost of shipping to a branch is $440 (four hundred and forty pesos)
Once the system confirms your order shipped, the estimated times are as follows.
Home delivery: the estimated delivery time is between 4 and 6 business days.
Pick up at Andreani branch: the estimated delivery time is between 3 and 5 business days.
Express Shipping
Only for home deliveries in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
For orders confirmed before 3:00 p.m., delivery is made on the same day and for orders confirmed after 3:00 p.m., delivery is made the next business day.
Express shipping can be received by anyone over 18 years of age who is at the agreed delivery address.
Delivery Schedules
Deliveries are made from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday, except holidays.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT HOME WHEN THEY BRING MY ORDER?
All orders sent by Andreani to a specific address are governed as follows: A first delivery attempt is made. In case of not being present, a visit notice will be left and a second delivery attempt will be made.
In the event that no one is present at the time of the second delivery, the order will be sent to the nearest branch. The order will remain there for 7 days so that it can be picked up by the recipient. After this period or in the event that the address indicated at the time of placing the order is incorrect, it will return to our distribution center. In this instance, a new shipment must be specified that must be paid again by the client.

WHERE CAN I CHECK THE TRACKING OF MY ORDER?

Return
Orders can be canceled until the moment they are dispatched. Keep in mind that if the payment has already been processed, the process of returning your money may take a few days (depending on the payment method). The cancellation of an already dispatched order is considered a return and can be done only within 7 days.
